Tony's shares a rich history of celebration and service dating back to the 1930's, at which time the original building was constructed. Still contained within Tony's is that structure, although blanketed by renovations, the heart still exists. Tony's Huntington Inn was acquired by the Caltabiano family in 1988.

Lead by Anthony V. Caltabiano Sr., a teacher at Bullard Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport. "Mr. C's" welcoming presence and limitless energy, along with the imagination and enthusiasm of his son Anthony Jr., quickly created a successful establishment. All who knew Mr. C. considered him to be their adopted grandfather. The positive energy which has been generated here is lasting and all we must do is tap into it..
